**Services**
Reno Handyman and Home Services offers comprehensive residential and commercial handyman solutions throughout the Reno and Sparks area. All project estimates are provided complimentary and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

**Estimates & Payment**
Provided estimates, whether written or verbal, outline the anticipated scope of the project. Should unforeseen conditions require additional work, we will promptly consult with you and secure approval for any scope modifications before proceeding. Full payment is due immediately upon project completion, unless alternative arrangements have been established in advance.

**Workmanship Guarantee**
We are fully committed to the quality of our workmanship. If any issues directly related to our labor arise, please contact us. We will return to rectify the problem at no additional labor cost within a reasonable timeframe following the project's completion.
